Book, babble and pastry

On November 4, we invite you to a small and personal evening at Snällfabriken. It is for those of you who write, who want to start writing or who have at some point thought: I would like to publish a book.

We get a visit from detective writer Cecilia Andersson who shares her own path from writing to published author. She is also up to date with her new detective story Grenvarv in the Smålands series.

Over the course of two hours, we talk about what many aspiring writers ponder:

• How does one go from idea to finished script?
• How does one know if the story holds?
• What happens when the script is finished?
• How does it really work between being published in a publishing house, hybrid publishing house or self-publishing?
• And how dare one make the leap from dreaming of a book to actually publishing it?

Of course, there is also talk about detective stories. About writing, writing, mistakes, lessons learned and things that one would have liked to know from the beginning. And since it's November, we do it in the Snällfabrikens way: warm, snug and with a really good afternoon tea.
